Party questions
How long is a party, and what happens?
Four hours start to finish. Kids get chef hats and name tags, build two monkey breads each, invent their own lemonade in the Lemonade Lab while everything bakes, play the scavenger hunt and games, then sit down to eat and graduate as Junior Pastry Chefs with certificates and a group photo.
How many kids can come?
Junior Chefs covers up to 8 little chefs, Head Chefs up to 10, and the Grand Experience up to 12. Need one more seat? Extra children are +$65 each on any package. All ages are welcome — we scale the hands-on steps to the group.
What’s included — and what isn’t?
Included: the full experience, all ingredients and equipment, chef hats, aprons, name tags, certificates, the group photo, and full cleanup. Decorations are not included — the space is yours to dress up however you like. Add-ons if you want them: an extra child (+$65 each), personalized keepsake aprons for the group (+$120), birthday cake served while we clean up (+$55), a stacked drink stand (+$95), extra 30 minutes (+$95), or a full extra hour (+$150).
What do you need from us?
Almost nothing: a table the kids can gather around, a sink, and use of your oven for the bake. Everything else walks in with us and walks out with us.
How do I book and pay?
Pick your package and date above and pay securely through Square. A 50% deposit reserves your date and applies to your total, with the balance due before the party. Parties booked 30 days out or less are paid in full at booking. We confirm your date within 24 hours.
Do you handle allergies?
Tell us in the booking notes and we’ll plan around it. Our food is made in a home kitchen and may contain wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts — and the fillings include peanut butter and Nutella, so flag nut allergies early and we’ll swap them out.
How far do you travel?
Travel is included within 20 miles — that covers Largo, Clearwater, St. Pete, Seminole, Dunedin and the rest of the neighborhood. Past that we add a travel fee based on distance: +$95 out to about 50 miles (Tampa, Palm Harbor, Bradenton) and +$225 out to about 120 miles (Sarasota, Lakeland, Ocala).
Farther than that takes the whole day, sometimes an overnight, so those dates are reserved for larger bookings — $1,500+ for long-distance Florida and $2,500+ for the far corners of the state. And for events of $4,000 or more, we’ll travel anywhere in the country.
